How MCSBC uses information submitted through this website

Information you provide

When you submit an enquiry, MCSBC receives the information you enter, including your name, company, work email, country, organization type, sector, target market and any commercial context you choose to provide.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to assess the opportunity, route it internally, respond to you, manage follow up, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and maintain records relating to potential or active commercial relationships.

Submission context

The form may also store campaign source information, referring site, landing page, selected audience path, service or program context, and technical identifiers required for form security and duplicate prevention. Form contents are not sent to Google Analytics.

Storage and service providers

The website uses Cloudflare infrastructure to receive and store enquiry records and Resend to deliver transactional email. These providers process information as part of operating the website and enquiry workflow. Authorized MCSBC personnel may access enquiry records where required for commercial follow up and administration.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is used only after optional analytics consent is granted. Advertising storage and advertising personalization are denied by default. If analytics consent is granted, analytics identifiers may be associated with the enquiry so later commercial lifecycle events can be attributed to the originating session without sending the text of your enquiry to Analytics.

Retention

Enquiry records are retained while they remain relevant to an active or potential business relationship and for longer where reasonably required for security, accounting, contractual, dispute, or legal record keeping. Records that are no longer required should be removed through normal data review processes.

You may contact MCSBC to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable record keeping obligations. Email [email protected].
